burning question: eva mendes & calvin klein – a match made in heaven?

In the same week that Calvin Klein annointed Eva Mendes as it's latest fragrance spokesperson, it was revealed that the celeb had just entered rehab for substance abuse. Eva's the last person I would have expected to enter rehab, but I suppose these days, it's the latest craze in Hollywood, akin to Kabbalah and Scientology. Now, I usually try to stay out of celebrities' increasingly bizarre escapapdes here on SugarShock, but I just had to wonder: should Calvin Klein drop it's newest face in order to save face? Or, given the Kate Moss drug scandal which garnered her millions via scores of ad campaigns, was this a very calculated marketing scheme on the part of CK to boost sales?

What do you think? Should Eva stay or should she go? Let me know in the comments.

Dearest SugarShock darling:

I'm frankly disapointed to see Eva in rehab. Out of all the Hollywood starlets her age i looked up to her as a fashion icon, not the next Lindsey Lohan.
that aside ofcourse we all make mistakes, (i'm talking too you miss too much martinis on kareoke night) and her decicing to fess up and get treatment should be applauded and it shouldn't cause her to lose everything she worked hard for.
further more if she gets through this and gets her life on track, that makes her could just prove that you can go to rahad, recover, and still have a sucessful carrer at the end of the line.
Rock on gals

Anonymously Addicted - true true! here's hoping Eva can overcome this and come out even better than before.
and luckily for her, her stint in rehab isn't getting much press, since everyone's been overshadowed by Britney these days.
