Not since the days of The Cure and Boy George have we seen such a proliferation of man-paint. But it's not just emo boys from bands like the delightfully weird German outfit Tokio Hotel (dude from said band pictured) and my Chemical Romance swiping on the liner and lacquer – according to the experts, more men are prettifying themselves and the market for guyliner is growing. Lines by Jean Paul Gaultier and Biotherm offer up a range of products for dudes, including concealer, eyeliner and even colored lipbalm. And trailblazing MAC Cosmetics has always pitched its line of beauty products as suitable for all sexes and races, giving them instant – (though perhaps under-the-radar) – dude appeal.
So my question is this: do you think guyliner should be the domain of emo boys only? Let me know in the comments.

I rock my guyliner, my boygloss, and dudelacquer when I feel like it!
i feel a little bad -no actually, very bad- seeing this pic: he is more feminine than i am... if he were my bf, he would have to do my make-up for me. lol! i am laughing about it, but i do find that a little sad. i guess this is the sort of thing one can always learn (keeps fingers crossed!).
I have for a long time liked experimenting with makeup. I am a straight happily married man with a little boy. My wife thinks its odd i like to primp. I have my select makeup products. i have a concealer, firming eye gel(for dark circles(, and lotion. All MAC products. We recently just had a Sephora go in our mall. I really wanna go in there and tell them to make me over and see what i come out looking like. Anyway, i think guys should be able to wear makeup without being looked down at.
A no to the man make-up. Unless men plan on looking like girls, of course. I would never ever EVER date a guy that wears eyeliner ! I love getting all made up, but on occassions I just go without. Men should be able to as well.....
