yu-be moisturizing skin cream heals skin, clears sinuses

I've always had a weird sort of obsession with the mentho-eucalyptus-y scent of Vicks Vapo-Rub. So much so, that I used to hoard those little plastic Vicks inhalers and take a whiff, even when I wasn't cold-ridden and sinusy. So imagine my addict's delight when I was gifted, at the Total Beauty Blogging Summit this past weekend in L.A, this little unassuming tube of Yu-Be Moisturizing Cream from Japan, which just happens to have that same invigorating Vicks mentho-camphor scent. Yu-Be cream is all the rage with the Japanese (apparently, world-class mountain climbers slather it on to combat the cold and protect their skin while on climbs to the top of Mount Everest), and since landing on U.S. shores, it's fast becoming a cult hit here. And for good reason: it's super-rich in glycerin and vitamins, which makes it an amazing moisturizer that's not the least bit greasy, so you can use it during the daytime and not just at night on lips, hands, heels or anywhere (just not up your nose!) you're feeling parched. It's also got amazing staying power, so you don't have to keep applying it so often. But don't take my word for it: Annie from Bella Sugar, who I met this weekend (and who looks nothing like the BellaSugar avatar, but is just as gorgeous), recommended it among her favorite hand creams. And fear not smelling like a medicine cabinet: Yu-Be doesn't have an intense odor that permeates everywhere, so you can still wear your usual perfumes without worry.
