I'm not all that familiar with actress Kristen Bell (unlike some of my friends, who are die-hard Veronica Mars fans), but I feel like she's on the verge of mega-stardom/"It" girl status. What I do know is that she looked fresh-faced and lovely at the premiere of her new movie Forgetting Sarah Marshall. She's proof that some beauty rules – (namely, that you shouldn't wear blue eyeliner with blue eyes) – are made to be broken. I think this look works for her, since she didn't match the blue exactly to her eye color (the liner is sort of a royal blue, purpley shade), and she kept the rest of her makeup understated, save for a glossy-nude lip. Love the hair too; this undone updo with piecey tendrils is so now and perfect for summer.
